ok, this is your question? i included a link to the website with the numbers and a hint to check the serial numbers and production years yourself. if the serial number isn't in the list your merlin isn't the unicorn because all merlins are unicorns.

it looks the dropouts have been replaced.

a cable hanger stem is useless on any suspfork/brakesystem…

the sleeves are there but no cable end clamps.
