Complete long shot here, but does anyone have an old .243 Racing stem. This was a Canadian brand in the mid-00s that made ultra-tough stems, bars and jump frames. I think someone in Scotland distributed them for a short while. No idea what happened, but the stems were good. Anyone got one...

Looking for a high / short reach 1" quill stem with a 26mm stem clamp if anyone's got anything knocking about? Preferably polished but doesn't have to be anything fancy.

Serious comment here... is it a dogsled scooter? They used to do races round Grizedale Forest in the Lakes with things a bit like this.
