Anyone replaced the centre bolts on their Mafac Racers with something a bit longer?
I think you have to remove some material from the head of a bolt if it's not an actual Mafac one but I can do this easily enough, just wonder if there's anything else to look out for?

The pink one is a modded up little shopper, started out as a Mayfair I think it was, like a non folding Puch Picnic or Raleigh Twenty. I stretched the back end out for a laugh and gave it an extra boom tube and new head tube. I might sell it on soon, it’s a bit surplus to requirement...
