Looks like it was made by light structures in Yorkshire . They make the lighting rigs for bands stage shows . That was a poor pun but it would be interesting to see who made this very rare looking bike .

I don't have any mechanical tips apart from maybe a third hand tool . If the brake set up is pissing you off, have a sit down and a nice cup of tea . Allow yourself plenty of time and laugh at your own mechanical ineptitude you will get there eventually with a few curses thrown in .

You could get someone to Tig weld over the top of the groove . I wouldn't advise heating up by welding an old aluminium fork though . if it breaks it could be nasty .

It might be the camera angle but I have seen track forks with more rake .
