Thanks @sjcprojects for the offer and @novocaine for the tip. I can do the graphics myself and then take to it print here locally, that should be easy as I've done similar projects before, but if some one had a close up pic / measurements of a real one, that would help . Could not find UCI...
I'm putting up together a bike that raced the TDF in 1986 and would like to make the race plate number . Should be something like the image, with Le coq Sportive logo in blue.... (pic is Lemond's bike, mine is not that one;)

Nice story. Had a ML34 too. Indurain said the "ex-indurain" bike that was sold for huge money was not his...., He still owns the bike he raced . Here the interview...
Do you know if that was specified by Pegoretti, by Pinarello or by the Banesto team ? I have a professional Pinarello from Reynolds team (the one that transformed later into Banesto) marked with number 3 .
