These look really similar to my Real levers... which came on a cheapo gumtree single speed i bought around 15 yrs ago. My problem is that I have two RHS levers so have had to flip one over to work as the LHS. I know it's a very long shot but ... don't suppose anyone has a LHS lever going spare?!

Good shout! Tbh I think we are on the same page :) The seatpost came with the bike but wasn't on the bike when I found it. It doesn't look like it's Ti... and it's also 25.0mm so not going to work without a shim...
