That's whats happening a lot on Kleinanzeigen unfortunately. If the price is too good it's a good idea to look on ebay for similar parts or use reverse image search. In most cases that's where they steal the pictures. The moderation on Kleinanzeigen is slow and relying mostly on users flaging...
