Fake rebuilds should be easy as these forks are so simple in design. Man, this is already happening with a lot of parts from the 90s (and current ones too - of course). As a collector this is really bad. Sometimes it is extremely difficult to detect a fake.

How cool is that? I really have to search if I have this auction saved, too. It ´s these cranks then: One of my very favourites. Sorry for the Boone cranks: They are just plain ugly (and not retro, too).

The green ones are Supercross (SX) BMX cranks. You bet that there are some Toplines here, too. Cannot show everything but these pictures do show my favourites i had back then.

Ha, this is part of a lager picture made in 2009 showing a large part of my collection then. It has enlarged since then, of course. Yes, I am crank-addicted but still trying to cure myself. To your question: No, all the cranks shown are in condition I got them. Here is the larger pic:

Oh, I had tried to get them after MOMBAT closed doors. I was told they were loaned and not for sale. 3.5k is a lot of money. But they could find a home where they are not alone...
