Have you owned this from new? Gran Tour was how Raleigh sold the Randoneur as a frameset rather than a complete bike. The only frames I know with the LHS spoke holder was the 3rd generation Randoneur (or Gran Tour same frame )made from the amazing and very desirable Reynolds 708 Touristique...
