Looking for a new project frame. looking for something in the XL realm, ideally a light XC 29er (hardtail or short travel bouncer) but possibly a disc brake gravel or similar frame. Got lots of bits so aiming for something super cheap/tatty/old so my wife will be proud of me not spending too...

Thanks all for the help. I fashioned a couple of shims out of milk bottle plastic and hey presto all worked surprisingly well!

Good point about a donor hub…will see if I’ve got anything suitable
