Just had one of those blackmail emails. You know the sort, they've taken over my device and have a video of me having a J. Arthur. It's rubbish of course. I'm an old fashioned guy, still use a paper copy of Razzle.

My back is killing me. Not. Nice. At. All.
Finger far from healed, but less painful to bend it and grip stuff. I may try a wee bike ride later, see how it goes.
