It's a Raleigh titanium frame. The gold decal on the down tube indicates that it left the factory as a built bike. The forks are from a Kona and the rest of the build is a mix of different manufacturers. NB there is nothing "Team" about it.

Your frame is exactly that which Glenn described. The frames were supplied to Eric Sampson. We also manufactured them for Raleigh USA.
