I can also recommend the Tauber Valley, i.e. along the River Tauber, and of course the Danube from its source to Passau (or further, it's also beautiful after).

Alpirsbacher Klosterbräu, they've been brewing beer for 900 years and really know what they're doing.

Anyone have any tips for keeping zips running smoothly, I bought these panniers in Sept 2013, and only found them today whilst clearing the Karma pile out.

Zips are a bit gritty, don't want to ruin them ?
