Marin FRS Titanium

These indeed rarely (!) pop up. I heard that in total, only aprox. 200 of the Marin Titanium FRS have ever been made.

I was lucky enough to get one last winter. Will convert it back to full 1993 (since it had been built in late 1993 but was equipped full Manitou Three). I prefer Manitou 2 though! <3

Great bike - and pricewise, people should get used to it. I wouldnt sell mine for less.

Sneak peak! Im gonna start a build thread, soon.

Looking forward to that you doing it. In 3d as well how much are normal frames then

Yed 3D ...what do you mean? "Normal" Team Titanium I have as well (1993). The bare frames start at like 500 quid upwards if they ever pop up.

Cheers

I mean the colour seatpost stem etc 3dv same as the Bottle holder a normal frame not titanium the price of one that isn't titanium I have one on my dream list so if anyone has one

But you are comparing two very different things ...

Remember that the Manitou HT and Manitou FS literally (!) all are cracked. The Easton E9 tubing was just too radical and thin. 99% of those bikes are junk and cracked. VERY (!) fragile and absolutely not recommendable. Only for wallhangers. I still own 2 or 3 Manitou FS and one Manitou HT.

A 3DV equipped Marin on the other hand is a steel bike (except for the 1993 Nail Trail or Team FRS). You should check out and look for:

- 1993 Pine Mountain
- 1993 Pine FRS
- 1993 Team Issue

or

- 1993 Team FRS
- 1993 Nail Trail
