I don't think the 531 is offset. If it comes with wheels on it, I wouldn't worry. It's a trifling job to sort that out on most wheels. @bikeworkshop

The seller just got back to me and says "it has a standard wheels, and nice Campagnolo rims too"
So it should be fine.
