How come people in your hood ride all these classic pieces?

Surely if they'd been used like that for decades, they'd be as shagged and tatty as the odd one you see in Bristol - so why now, and where?

I don't see these every day, more like over several years . All spotted in London.

There are some lovely details on some of these - a pump gaffer-taped into a bottle cage, bar angles all over the place, and why is it that apparently many people aren’t aware that you can actually buy new bar tape?
