Who wants to use modern carbon cranks with their zero failure rates, warranties, and high impact resistance when you could have some proper retro carbon cranks which you can play the 'will they explode, won't they' russian roulette every time you ride. I know which I'd prefer....
I bought these off ebay t'other day. They were listed as Triathlon cranks, but I noticed that they came with 94bcd rings which could only mean one thing - MTB cranks, and when they arrived there on the back was the granny ring holes. Weren't cheap, but they did come with a retro Ti American Classic BB and some TA rings, so maybe not so bad. Just got to work out what the hell I'm going to do with the buggers!
