Zaskar X

I have an opportunity to own a GT Zaskar X. I don't have a GT in the stable, so one is is desperately needed. It is a 2000 model. I think this was before GT was owned by Pacific or some other company. Can anyone verify. I like the disc brake option and the alloy is 6000 series which might mean US built? Plan is to make it a working bike, so I don't plan on any restoration. Anyone own one and have any comments on how well it rides, etc., you know any pros or cons or in-betweens comments.

Is it the all black model? If so a friend of mine had one BITD and used it for everything!! What price is it? The only thing I remember not liking was the Judy forks... Post some pics if you have any
