Looks like it needs a lot of hard work. If you have a choice, I'd pass it on, I don't think it would be worth spending your hard earned money on it.

Frame doesn't look that bad from the pics, not sure on the forks, depends if its worth your time really.

Not like its going to return much money to you, depends only if you intend to use it a lot.

Shame, had one as a first bike and it was stolen, remember the Christmas morning trying to ride it thru the snow
