its not just a dj/4x frame. I have mainly used this at trail centres and decent rides. Light and the geometry makes it a singletrack beast.

Are the dropouts adjustable?

I'm not sure if you can buy replacements that are slotted, but on both sides the entire dropout comes off.

This one is set for gears.
