I was actually certain that the crank was black until I dug it out!
It had black chainrings so maybe that’s where I went wrong?
Anyway, yeah I did envision it with black arms but I’ve only got some old non-external LX in ‘stock’ and they’re not right.
Will probably use the silvers for now and see if any cheaper black come up…

It's looking good, just think black cranks would be more balanced visually speaking.
I do like the modern Arc frames, probably the closest I'd ever get to owing a Yeti hardtail. I must keep an eye open for one.
