thankfully i have a pair of these NOS, have seen them go for £80 boxed before, about a year ago i sold some M731 pedals in a box for £100

While I think it's a ridiculous price some some old stuff, they'll still work excellently as clip and strap pedals and they are new. New modern day pedals can also be damn expensive.
So if you can afford the high end new things, then that's nothing for some quality top end pedals really.

At a guestimate they where £50 to £60 new BiTD (so ~£75 to £90 in todays money). So really just selling for what you'd have bought them for BitD from the shops.

crackers man!

If they sell the seller has done well - hats off to him for making that kinda money. The buyer is either mad or needs them at any cost

All this serves to do is push prices up.

I like this forum as most of the time goods are as described, delivered in good time and costs are sensible.

NOS always bumps price up.

Lovely pedals, but not a patch on the Tioga Surefoot if you want to use toe clips ;)
I've seen M730's go for more than this so not too suprised.
Makes me regret fitting my NOS cages a while back

I sold a pair of Mint Campagnolo Chorus with alloy clips and campy straps on there last year for £155  Some people just have money to burn
