Not sure... they are std 25.4mm in the middle, tapering to 22 approx 80mm from centre

The ti bars I've got at the moment are the same size all the way through so I don't think they'll fit. Thanks anyway

That's what you need, surely? Ti bars are often 22.2mm all the way along, with a shim required to fit a standard mtb stem.
