WTD: Shimano SL-6400 D/T Shifter - L/H Outer Plastic Cover!

Hello to all

Pretty specific request, that I fully appreciate will be incredibly hard to track down. I've got a pair of these shifters, and they are missing the dark grey outer plastic cover from the left-hand downtube shifter. I've added a pic below of the part that I'm after.

Has anyone got a broken set, or spares that I could pilfer from please?

Could really do with a pair of the silver frame mounts as well please!

Ok - thanks. How much does he charge for something like this, and would he not need an original to copy from?
