WTD Band on left hand down tube shifter/mount

Hi,

I currently have Dura ace down tube shifters, which I'd like to transfer to my new frame. However, the new frame only has a braze on for a front shifter, but there are marks on the frame from where a band on shifter has been.

Ideally I'd like to use both Dura Ace shifters, but would settle for a single Shimano shifter if that is all you have!
