Yep, I'm up for it.

Most unfit, more so than Eastbourne, but I've got to get back into the saddle at some point. Went for a run this morning, probably go for one on Sat too.

Brilliant ride today.

Trails had dried out enough to make for some fast riding, but still with slippy roots to make things interesting

The new section on Yogurt Pots is coming along nicely. Good work trail fairies

Yep can only add to what marcus has said, conditions were a lot better than i thought they would be ... just a few dry days makes a huge difference round that way realy good to see Danno out as well
also ran into a few mates from bitd at peaslake as well so good day all round !!
