WHYTE PRST-1 old skool x-lite build!

well, i have finally finished the retro build of my whyte preston and thought i would share the results! it's a bit on the gold side, but i think it looks good for it! this has been a labour of love (aren't they always?!), but my favourite bit has to be the x-lite L168 stem, it's got to be one of the best pieces of cnc'd bike jewellery ever made! it was recently purchased on good old fleabay, was originally red (but very faded, more a silvery pink!!) i had it re-anodised to match the chris king stem cap, and the guy made a really cracking job!

Although I'm not a fan of them (remind me more of a praying mantis than a bike!) you've done a nice job. All the parts suit the frame well and I like the gold touches. That stem looks the business!
