have put this up on singletrack, but thought i'd ask here as well.it was one of my dream bikes, and seemed to excel at almost anything.i know that they did a ltd run of re-issue frames (but that was a lot of good when there were only 2500 worldwide!) have posted a message to gt begging them to bring it back (here's hoping ;) (exactly the same as the re-issue,but full production model) i really would buy one in a heartbeat if they did. :D p.s i know that this picture is already on here, but just had to put it up again,as it is a stunning example of the breed :D

OK I admit it is shiny enough to stir the magpie in me...but...one year, one model... 2500 worldwide! Thats not far off the total number of square tubed Pace frames made...ever...over 12 years of producing, from the RC100 of the late 80's/early 90's through to the RC300 etc of the early 2000's.

Common as muck them ball burnished GT's!

i didn't realize that pace only made that many (quite rare then).at the local bike shop back in the mid 90's,they had a purple andonized pace 200 (i think) it was very nice.but have always been a sucker for those ball burnished zaskars (cannot help it ;)
