Which paint shop?

Sadly this time around I can't use my regular (and awesome) powdercoaters to do my next frame as they don't place frame decals in their paint shop. Therefore I am looking for somewhere that will colour match the paint I'm after to a colour sample I will include in the frame box along with the frames decals, said decals will need a further top coat of clear over them.

Because this is a specific paint match who would you recommend I get into touch with, I am happy with either wet paint or a specially mixed powdercoat.

Cheers.

If you are looking for good quality at a reasonable price, you won't go far wrong with a baked enamel job from Bob Jacksons in Leeds;

Mind you, Donald can be an acquired taste… :xmas-wink:
And of course you can get a slightly better job if you pay considerably more......

'Donald?!

The now boss/owner of Bob Jacksons.... I get on with him fine as do many on this forum, but some others find his charming Northernisms less becoming. :xmas-big-grin:

Re:

Another nod from me for c and g finishes.

They used to do all the painting for the Liverpool frame builders of times past, and some from further afield too.

Quality and prices are good, although I don't think they do powder coating - stoved enamel only from my experience. Lovely guys, and they always have interesting frames hanging up in the racks... :)

Argos Cycles did this job for me last year, including matching both colours from a sample. I am over the moon with it.
