WHEEL TRUING

can any one recommend sites that can give me info on how to true wheels?
i want to use a proper jig , any recomendations.

story behind this is; i brought a rear wheel from a certain internet store and despite having had it trued a couple of times i am sure it will go on the wonk again. before this all my wheels were built by the legendary Monty at Condor, never had any problems......
