Wanted Wheel box.

Long shot I know but does anyone near Plymouth have a cardboard wheel box surplus to requirements please.

Halfords is your best bet?

They've always got empty boxes they throw out

No luck at Halfords, the guy said we don't sell many wheels, and think it will be much the same at my LBC, though will try in Evans the next time I am in town.
My thinking is people buy wheels, and they come in a box, I was hoping someone near me may want to get ride of theirs, fingers crossed anyway.

You don't necessarily need a 'wheel box'

I've often cut down a bike box (kids bike boxes work well) or a turbo trainer box is a pretty good fit.

Or two supermarket 'square' boxes, wheels in at an angle, put the open ends over the top of each other...... Bobs your uncle

I'll probably end up "modifying" a bike box, it would just be easier using a proper wheel box.
