Before me wee fall I'd go out anywhere any conditions, in facxt the conditions didnt play a part in my thinking, non driver so needs must.

Neoprene with a long worn off fleecy lining. Not waterproof but it didnt matter.
If another pair fell through a time worm ole, i'd have them in a second. Im not sure about others, ive had some werent so warm but if you find neoprene ones theyre by far the best.
