I think you're right.....found a few old posts about the 1990 Roosin Team Bike and it looks nearly identical save for the cable-routing.

You can't be serious? Aside from the stay mounted seat clamp they're entirely different. The lugs are different, the dropouts are different, the tubes are different...
It looks like a mad man has been let loose in a workshop. Those cable guides are sinful!
