What is that road bike? Is it Swedish?

Hello! I have this bike but can't find any info on it. It has Suntour components, everything original. Previous owner said he bought it for 1000 kron in 1986. Can you please help me understand what brand it is and how much can it cost?

1000 Swedish Krona? Back in the 80s the exchange rate to GBP was about 10:1 so that would have been £100 which seems awfully low for the parts fitted to the bike.
There's a 3TTT Raid handle bar stem, Modolo Mach 1 brakes and if the rims really are Martano the wheels are more than reasonable. I don't remember Martano doing a dark anodised rim, or using big 'look at me' type decals but they did try some unusual things before the company folded.
Yes, the decals make it look cheap but the frame looks the opposite, I'd be surprised if it isn't light.

It is light indeed! I have never seen such frame tubing, how is it called?

It looks similar to Columbus Gilco tubing but I don't think it is, the fluting on Gilco top tubes is usually shorter and on down tubes it's longer - extending almost as far as the lugs. Having said that, frame size can effect the length of the flutes and the optical effects of different types of paint can change how the depth of them appears to the eyes.
Other makes and designs of fluted and crimped tubing were and still are used but various builders.
