If you've just coated the pan with the after effects of too much on-the-turn fruit, rather than unleashing the brush you just squirt a bit of bog cleaner down, close the lid and then go leave the house. When you return after a tender walk, the pan is clean.

I learnt that flying a 1.7meter kite in 30 mph winds, when you've not done it before, is excellent fun, hard work and very muddy when you get dragged along by it! Luckily the experts spotted me and stopped me from putting my 3+metre one up!

Today, I learned that life is all about Yin and Yang.

On a  theme:
Stay away from illiterate muppets on Ebay with low feedback.
Their idea of "good condition" apparently means bent, seized and cross-threaded. They will also scam you for postage.

And on a :D theme:
While all the retro fashionistas are busy chasing and bidding up "X" on Ebay, you should seek out "Y" for a couple of dollars.

And then pay for it quick - Before anyone changes their mind. Woohoo! :D

That dried mushrooms are great for making soup.

As long as you take the mushrooms out before you serve the soup.
