What’s this Specialized then ?

Picked this up on eBay this week..mainly because I wanted the forks..will sell the rest. Wondering if anyone knows what model and year the frame is ..it’s largely bereft of anything that says what model it is. It’s pretty light and obviously alloy. Decals look legit but I won’t rule out it being a copy/fake. Thanks

I’ll be over the moon if it’s an M#. I think it’s later..maybe mid noughties? The specialized saddle was dated 2007 but it might not be the original

Yes just rear disk, no V mounts.

looks a 2002 stumpy m4 with the brake mounts cut off, possibly had a respray afterwards as I don't think they did it in such a lovely shade of ASBO. they were a cracking frame.
