hi there everyone. i am thinking of building a giant atx 990 replica of rob warners bike from around 96/97. i used to love this bike as it just looked like it had been thrown together and no one cared what it looked like, but warner still managed to win on it. i know some of the spec...er i think!

large atx 990 frame with rockshox super deluxe shock.
marzocchi bomber z1`s.
red hope big un hubs on black mavic 121`s.
hope brakes.
ac chain device.
azonic shorty stem.

i would like any info anyone has on this bike, the bits that went on it etc.
pictures would be nice if poss?

I've got some pix somewhere of Rob Warner riding in the '96 NPS series at Margam park on the Giant. I think it was 96, Will Longden was the National champ for the first time, the year after JMC died. I'll try to dig them out, scan them and post them on here. It may take a week though.

er, im pretty sure it was on the giant it was when steve peat was riding an LTS at mbuk.................or am i wrong? :?
