After a couple things...
Either a matching set of SRAM trigger shifters (X5, X7, attack etc.) for 3x8 setup (Shimano) or just a front X5 shifter in decent condition (I already have a beat up rear X5).
Might be wishful thinking, but am also after a 1-1/8 threadless headset with some life left in it, preferably sealed bearings, with all the parts and under $20, but otherwise any brand will do (Ritchey, C-Creek, FSA etc.)
And finally, staying on the red theme... if anyone has any grips they're not using that happen to be red-ish and not totally grungy, I'm interested!
