Wanted Road Bike 52/54cm

This is on behalf of my brother who unfortunately has had his licence suspended due to medical reasons , so im on the lookout for a road bike so he can get about, needs to be a 52/54cm frame, with STI Shifters, in decent condition, not too fussed about scratches, chips, have about £200-£270 too spend

I have a lovely classic Italian steelie, perfect condition but DT shifters...any good?
