wanted disc brake mount for pace rc35's?/ 8 speed shifters

Don'tknow if you can get these, but am looking for a clamp or similar to mount a front disc brake onto my pace rc35's, can anyone help :?: :?: :?:
Did or does anyone make anything like this :?: :?:


Also looking for 8 speed shifters.w.h.y:?:

to the best of my knowledge (limited i grant you) there is no mount to put disc calipers onto a rc35 fork.

Hope made clamp-on mounts for both their cable-actuated designs as well as the subsequent hydraulic caliper, the antecedent of the C2. The latter of these required a short-axled hub to be used, which Hope also made.
Don't come up very frequently, I'm afraid!

That said, I don't think you could clamp a mount to a Pace RC35 leg - the carbon fibre tube could be crushed and lose it's integrity...

Could be nasty on a downhill :?

This is the Hope mount fitted to an RC35.

This is a two piece mount with a leg clamp and bottom axle mount. I think Hope also did a specific caliper that incorporated the bottom mount.

Both need the short axle hub to fit them.
