Wanted: Cleat Plate (Sorted thanks!)

I'm just getting ready for Saturdays RB ride up at Ravenscar and have found one of my shoes is mysteriously missing it's cleat plate.

You know... the bit that sits inside the shoe for the bolts to screw into...

I can get one off Fleabay for a fiver but this seems extortionate for a two inch piece of pressed steel...

So, if you've got one littering up the bottom of your toolbox and you'd be prepared to part with it for a fellow RB'er, I'd be eternally grateful!

Happy to bung over a couple of quid to cover postage if anyone can help..
