I`m still looking for a nice vintage mtb and found this, which I presume is a F. Moser vintage mtb with a replacement fork? What I would like to know if this is worth it and if yes how much would be a reasonable amount for me to offer? Ideally I would like to put drop bars on it but I have no idea how to judge its size, so if you could help with that too it would be great! (I ride 58-60 road bikes and I am 1.88m tall)
