I'm after a very small frame (ideally even a children's bike) for someone ~155cm/5ft in height, as part of a full bike w/ wheels etc. But I'd also take a frame to build up myself if the price is right.
I'm in Germany so ideally someone would be willing to break it down and put it in a bike box. Alternatively I will be in the UK in October and can take delivery to a UK address if necessary.
Needn't be anything special: steel, maybe non-aero levers, lower-end groupset, and more than happy to do a lot of work on it. Something around the £120 mark without postage could be ideal but willing to go much higher if it's a corker.
