Withdrawn USE Seatpost shim - 31.6 for 26.8

Anyone have a 26.8 USE shim which they want to swap for a 31.6 ?

The older Use seatpost is 25mm not 25.4. At least I think so?

Hmmm, it's a USE one - looks right but I can't find any size markings on it
