Upgrade to carbon forlorn - road bike

So with summer fast approaching I'm looking to make a few upgrades to my Carrera vanquish. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a carbon road fork, or tell me what to avoid. I've seen carbon forks on eBay for as little as £40 but you get what you pay for which is why I've given myself a budget of £150 for the fork.

Any recommendations of carbon seatposts and handlebars would be appreciated as well.

I'd look at Columbus or Deda forks, they always seem to get decent write ups and are well-constructed. Personally I'm chary of the cheap ones on ebay as I want one that gives me the confidence that quality control is spot-on.

What surprises me about carbon bars and seatposts is that they are no lighter than aluminium unless you spend serious money.
