Hi Degs, the Deore 2 finger levers are silver/black without hoods.
The Ti flexstem is not for sale at the mo' sorry....

The Paul levers are V-Brake specific.
The Machine Tech kit is sweet stuff, early 90's machined loveliness.
I've owned a fair bit of their stuff and it has all been good quality and reliable... Let me know if you're interested
