Unusual FW Evans vintage frame

Found an interesting FW Evans frame. It has quite nice lugging and unusual seat bolt position (I’ve only seen that on Roberts bikes. Does anyone have any information who the frame builder could be? Appreciate any information.
Thanks

Seat cluster design is called Italianate, lots of frames used them, I have a few including an 80's Raleigh Pro.

Doesn't help with the builder, sorry.

Thanks. Great tip. Googled Italianate and that’s exactly what I have . Maybe not that unusual after all, but had 2 FW Evans bikes and none of them had it.

Raleigh used very similar little eyed lugs to attach the seat stays onto Cinelli investment cast seat lugs, they appear on the 1989 team bikes and SBDU built frames.
The top tube cable guides on the right side of the top tube would suggest that the frame was built for Weinmann or early Shimano side pull brakes. Looks like a very nice well made frame...👍 147171-1a4a1e6f8bfb55215dbf3fdf053144a6.jpg DSC_0103.jpg DSC_0106.jpg

Some close up pictures of the rear dropouts, fork ends, seat stays/clamp, rear brake bridge and the underside of the bottom bracket would be a great help...👍
