19” alloy frame K3123299 stamped on the bb.
Squared rear triangle with circular main tubes.

The frame number suggests it could be built by Kinesis. Otherwise I can't help much.

kinesis is a strong contender. Mass produced frames but great quality. Not worth a great deal sadly even in such good condition so maybe anything from free to £50 i guess. Colour may, or may not help the value.

Seems to be just over a kilogram on the baggage scales
