Unknown frame - help identify it

Hello!
Recently I got this frame and i do not have any ideas what it could be.
Rough facts:
- Milled yoke between seatstays and bottom bracket
- Quite obvious s-bend rear end
- post-Cantilever-Area
- 2 mounting holes on left dropout, perhaps for mounting some kind of discbrake interface?
- Frame number L193

Any ideas on brand/model/year?

How about a Devinci? @MSYT has a frame where the serial number starts L192

While I doubt the head tube decal is original, it does have a touch ot Marin Indian fire trail about it, but it probably isn't.
