Unknown Cantilever caliper??

Anyone know the maker of this cantilever unit? Just picked up a sweet complete bike with mostly 8 speed XT for $50 but also has these cool looking brakes.

Kind of seems like I may have seen one before but can't place it, anyone?

Wow! that was quick! Yes, both front and rear, Diacompe SS5 levers, XT triggers, XT RD-M737, Race Face Turbine cranks with little wear, XT/mavic wheels, Syncors cattleprod stem, yup, feel I did very well, seller tells me the frame was built by a Rocky Mountain employee for him custom and was modeled after the Equipe model, never had decals, kinda looks like he's correct, found it on facebook marketplace of all places four hours after posting

Haven't decide whether to fix the Judy yet ) it's toast, Bontrager Ti saddle is cool too
